Cuddle therapy is not a substitute for proper medical consultation for physical, mental, and psychological illnesses, and may not be suitable for everyone. It is not recommended for people suffering from major psychiatric disorders. By taking part in a cuddle session you accept full responsibility for your physical and mental fitness and state that you are able to participate safely in the activity. If in doubt consult your trained medical professional or a therapist for guidance.
Speak with me if you have any questions or concerns or if you feel emotionally or physically uncomfortable during the session. The session can be ended at any time that either party feels uncomfortable, though no refund will be issued for a shortened session. You are encouraged to change position or take breaks at any time, talk about how you are finding it, or, if you need to, stop the session.
Tears and laughter are possible during the session and both are normal and welcome.

Contractual Agreement and Waiver
I understand and agree to all of the following:
No specific information regarding the client will ever be shared with another party outside of what is outlined in this agreement unless I, as the client, give written or email permission to use personal information. This includes anything shared in a meeting, session, email, text, or phone conversation.
The cuddle sessions are not sexual. All touching, both given and received, will be conducted in an appropriate manner. Appropriate touch is defined as touch that would be acceptable with a child or relative- such touch does not contact any area normally covered by bathing suits or undergarments and does not go underneath any clothing. Both parties will remain clothed at all times.
Cleanliness and adequate hygiene is required by both parties. This specifically includes wearing freshly laundered clothing, showering, teeth brushed or mouthwash used close to the appointment time, and perfume, aftershave or similar products to either not be worn or used minimally. Any concerns or problems regarding hygiene should be raised by either party.
A third party, chosen by Lindsay Meadows, will be notified of the appointment details and informed once the session is complete.
Should Lindsay Meadows interpret any of my actions as inappropriate or a risk to her safety she reserves the right to terminate the session immediately with no refund given.
Payment for each session is required prior to the start of any session.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be non-refundable.
Any pictures or video recordings, and the intended purpose, must be discussed and agreed upon before the session begins, and no pictures or videos may be used for purposes outside of the written agreement.
Lindsay Meadows will not be held responsible for any property loss that may occur, or for any injuries that may result from a session. I hereby release her from any and all liability for such incidents.
Lindsay Meadows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
I recognise that this is a contract. I have read it carefully and agree to all included statements. I sign it of my own free will.
